You will also explore your own communication style and discover how it affects your interactions with others. We provide you with practical tools to help you consciously shape and improve the way you communicate.
This group is here to support you in discovering and strengthening your unique abilities in social interactions.

Who Is This Group For?
This group is for adults (aged 18-65) with average to above-average intelligence who have a diagnosis within the autism spectrum. It’s important that you have already participated in
Me and My Autism group or have gained similar knowledge about your autism elsewhere.
